Mar 8/9 - Move Office Equipment/Furniture from HomePlate Hey House to Main Building

Need volunteers who can move desks, office chairs, file cabinets, and bins of office supplies, along with a few miscellaneous other items.

Duration: 2-3 hours

Requirement: Would love to find someone with a full-sized pickup or something like a moving or Sprinter van.

Need volunteers who can lift and move Ikea sit/stand desks, rolling office chairs, and bins of office supplies and be able to help lift into the bed of a full sized pickup. We will be bringing these from the Hey House address above to the main HomePlate building at 12685 SW 4th Ave., 97005.

Mar 1/2 - Move Youth Housing Supplies from HomePlate Hey House to Admin Building

Need volunteers who can move bins of bedding, duvet inserts, kitchen and bath supplies, etc., along with various other things from the Hey House location at 12520 SW 3rd St, Beaverton, OR 97005

Duration: 2-3 hours

Requirement: Must be able to lift standard size storage bins (up to 25 pounds) and have a car to move them in. We are just moving these things three blocks away so a bigger car means less trips, but that isn't a requirement. We will unload and organize in the Admin building at 4820 SW Angel St., 97005.

Our Holiday Store provides young people the opportunity to practice generosity. This empowering activity can provide not only a happier holiday season for our youth and their families, but supports youth to be caring, generous, and civically engaged citizens for our community. This is a 2-day event where we need help from our wonderful volunteers to set up, label, decorate and table the Holiday Store!
